New A02H hollow shaft encoders feature a tough and compact design that can handle higher mechanical loads without the added bulk or cost. These encoders are ideal for your industrial motor and drive application in factories, packaging, steel mills and more.

Heavy duty.

A02H encoders include a special shaft connection with interlocked bearings, balanced stainless-steel clamping ring and high resistance to shock and vibration to 200 g and 10 g, respectively. These features allow the A02H to withstand higher loads of 200 N in the radial direction and 100 N in the axial direction.

Versatile.

With a full line of frame sizes, physical mountings, isolation inserts and torque and tether arms, A02H encoders work as a drop-in replacement for other legacy hollow shaft encoders on the market.

Cost-effective.

Made from a combination of T6 aluminum, stainless steel and long-life rubber seals, the A02H strikes the perfect balance between high-quality construction and cost-effectiveness. In many applications, the extra load-carrying capacity makes these encoders a suitable alternative to full-load, heavy-duty encoders at half the price.
